Adrian Wellman
Health and performance coach for people building demanding careers.
I help busy professionals build a foundation of health that actually holds up under the weight of the work they're doing.
Teams and organizations I've worked with
A bit about me
I've spent almost twenty years in health and performance, and I still get excited every time I get in front of a room to talk about it. That part hasn't faded. If anything it's gotten stronger, because the longer I've been at this the more convinced I am that health is the base everything else stands on. Your work, your relationships, the version of yourself you actually want to be in the world. None of it holds up for long without the foundation underneath.
I started in the academic side of it with an honours degree in kinesiology, then spent ten years conditioning athletes with Hockey Canada and some time inside the Toronto Blue Jays organization. Along the way I co-founded a training studio in Mississauga. Different settings, same throughline. Watching people figure out what their bodies are actually capable of when the basics are in place is the part of the job I never get tired of.
These days I run PriorityMe, where the people I'm working with aren't pro athletes. They're founders, executives, parents, people whose calendars are already full and whose health is the first thing that quietly slips when the week gets heavy. Same principles, different stakes. I love this work because the difference it makes lands in every other part of a person's life, and because most people I sit down with already know what they need. They just haven't had anyone in their corner helping them actually do it.
What I do today
I work one to one with busy professionals, building a foundation of health that holds up under a full calendar.
I talk to teams and organizations about building health into a demanding career, energy, vitality, and presence that last.
